Tiny Tangerines

Community football sessions for children, aimed at increasing confidence, coordination and football skills for young children whilst giving them the opportunity to engage with others.

Fit2Go

Six-week programme aimed to encourage children in Blackpool to live a healthy lifestyle and take part in regular physical activity.

Unstoppable

This PSHE Year 6 programme focuses on supporting young people with difficult life topics, including mental health, knife crime, relationships, and the transition to high school.

Premier League Primary Stars

Our Premier League Primary Stars programme is offered to all Blackpool primary schools. The programme aims to support primary school teachers to improve their knowledge, confidence and delivery of national curriculum PE lessons as well as increasing the attainment levels of pupils within Maths and English.

Holiday Camps

During the school holidays we deliver multi sports, football and inclusion camps that provide a fun, friendly and secure environment. Children can socialise and participate in sports and other activities.

Holiday Activity and Food Camp

The Department for Education fund our Holiday Activities and Food offer which takes a targeted approach to support children in Blackpool who receive free school meals.

Blackpool FC School

Providing full time education for Year 10 and 11 students who require an alternative to mainstream education.

High School Hubs

The High School Hub programme is made up of three core programmes which are highlighted below. They provide further support to pupils in Blackpool schools alongside their academic pathways.

NCS

Blackpool FC Community Trust are proud to deliver The National Citizens Service (NCS) programme making a huge impact on the young people of Blackpool and the community we serve.

Private: Traineeships

Our Traineeship programme is to support young people 16 – 24 years of age, who are not in education, employment or training ( NEET)

Blackpool FC Sports College

Since 2013, we have had over 600 students exceed their potential. Our students not only achieve outstanding grades but secure the best progression into Higher Education and employment.

Degree Courses

Are you passionate about a career in sport or coaching? If so, come and study for a Degree, accredited by The University of South Wales, at Blackpool FC Sports College, part of the biggest sports organisation in Blackpool.

Community Programmes

Disability Sessions

We deliver disability specific lunch and after school physical activity sessions that are tailored for each school and pupils needs. We use multi skills activities, interactive games, additional sports and arts and crafts.

Premier League Kicks

Diversionary fun activities for young people to meet new friends and stay active. These activities include Football, Dance, Boxing, gaming, workshops, national competitions with other football clubs.

Tower Above

1:1 mentoring for children using sport and physical activity as a vehicle to engage. The aim is to prevent young people being involved in anti-social behaviour.

Move More

Working together with local partners, we have five years of funding to set up a wide-range of football-related activities from exercise classes to walking football – and a whole lot more in-between. Through attending sessions you’ll not only get fitter, you’ll also be interacting with others and enjoying yourself and that’s all key to being healthier and happier.

Pan Ability and Mental Health Football

Free football sessions that take place every week at locations across Blackpool which uses, football to support positive mental health through physical activity and creating stronger peer-support networks.

Champions (Adult)

DIVERT is a custody intervention programme aimed to reduce reoffending, which forms part of the Lancashire Violence Reduction Network.

Private: Pool Together

The Pool Together project is a referral programme that supports people with a range of needs that link to their mental health.

Walk & Talk

We hold walks around Stanley Park each week to allow local people to come together for a moderate walk and a chat. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and enjoy some light exercise.

Private: Project ADDER

Project ADDER (Addiction, Diversion, Disruption, Enforcement, Recovery) is a three-year pilot funded by the Home Office and managed by Public Health Blackpool.

Armed Forces

Supported through funding from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund and Veterans’ Foundation, Blackpool FC Community Trust are proud to host a range of armed forces programmes within the Community.

FIT Blackpool

FIT Blackpool is a free 10 week weight management programme to create sustainable and effective weight loss results through healthier lifestyle choices.

Masters Football

A slightly slower paced 5-a-side of the beautiful game we all know and love.

Walking Football

Walking Football is a slower version of the beautiful game, helping people rekindle their love of playing football.

Sporting Memories

Fun and enjoyable social group where sports fans can share memories and memorabilia.

Extra Time

This is a weekly social group that includes chair-based exercise, dominoes, quizzes, trips, country themed afternoons, or a simple coffee and a chat.
