BOXERCISE
A high-energy, non-contact fitness class. Combining boxing and cardio with circuit training, using a variety of exercises like shadow boxing, skipping and bodyweight exercises. It is designed to be a fun, challenging and safe workout for all fitness levels. Sessions are a high intensity for improving cardiovascular fitness, increasing muscle definition and burning calories.
CIRCUITS
A fun and fast-paced fitness class that combines resistance training with high-intensity cardio. Suitable for all abilities.
CLUB FIT
High-energy class to make you sweat, smile, and shine. Set in a fun, neon-lit environment. This workout combines cardio, strength and dance routines to upbeat music.
CORE
Improve posture, balance and movement, which can help with pain management and injury prevention.
FIT PILATES
Improve your core strength, flexibility & posture. Low-impact class with a combination of traditional pilates with modern fitness techniques.
STRENGTH & STRETCH
Build muscle, increase strength and improve joint function. Stretching increases range of movement, promotes good posture and helps to reduce stiffness and soreness.
TRIGGER POINT PILATES
A specialised restorative class that blends traditional Pilates core strengthening with myofascial release techniques to alleviate chronic pain, improve mobility and release muscular tension. Using foam rollers and massage balls, it mimics hands on therapy to target trigger points (knots) and hydrate connective tissue, enhancing daily function for all fitness levels.
90 DAY CHALLENGE
The 90-day challenge encourages people to commit to a plan while receiving motivation from coaches and a supportive online and face-to-face community, access weekly fitness classes, personalised calorie plans, health education sessions, and milestone check-ins to track progress.
