My name is Gemma Trickett and I am immensely proud and privileged to be the Headteacher at our fantastic school.
We at Blackpool FC School hold a strong belief in the power of education to change children’s lives and the right of every child to receive an excellent education.
We are dedicated to building opportunities for students to achieve the highest academic standards, ensuring they are known as individuals and that their unique personality, talents and interests are nurtured and developed to the full.
Blackpool FC School is about developing the whole child and providing opportunities for them to flourish within and beyond the classroom. It is the aim of the whole school team to help each child become a successful learner and well-rounded individual who is ready to progress into further education and employment.
Blackpool FC School: all pupils are valued and happiness through personal success is inspired. We strive for all students to become emotionally equipped individuals, reaching their full potential through a personal learning experience and gaining a thirst for life-long learning. We believe in enriching our students with a wide variety of cultural and sporting experiences. I have high expectations in our standards of attendance, behaviour, attainment, and respect.
Our young people are encouraged to develop enquiring minds and to be capable of independent thought which will help prepare them for their future life outside education and into employment or further education.
