Small group sessions aim to improve every participant by offering high-quality, structured coaching sessions delivered by FA and UEFA-qualified coaches, including BFC Academy coaches. We will offer individual technical work, and small-sided games, closely following the BFC Academy curriculum covering topics such as;
Attacking and defending principles
Passing and receiving to play
Winning the ball to attack
Dominating 1v1s
Finishing

Goalkeeper Development Centre
Our goalkeeper development sessions aim to help players reach their potential whilst helping to build fitness, confidence, motivation, and drive in everyday life.
Goalkeeping skills are sometimes overlooked during grassroots team training. These sessions help to fill that gap. Our coaches will work with each player to improve individual goalkeeping techniques, positional understanding and impact within a game. The sessions include:
