The Engage 4 Change project works with young people aged between 16-25, with the objective to help, guide and support them with their aspirations, goals and hopes. Then to encourage and promote steps into education, employment and Training.
Engage 4 Change is backed and funded by the National Lottery Community Fund generously funding the project for the next 3 years 2024-2027.
Our purpose is to help young people take positive steps towards employment, education or training by building positive and safe relationships. Workers will give young people the opportunity to pursue their aspirations and goals, find new ways to develop their skills and address any issues and concerns they may have around their current lifestyle. As such, young people with develop their skills and start on pathways to education, employment or training, which in turn will improve the community and promote support services.
Working with partners, we aim to share practices and learning to maximise impact for local young people and assist staff to gain skills while working alongside specialists through a collaborated method. This method will fill a gap in an area where there is little to Non statutory provision.
