Citizens Advice Blackpool are working with Blackpool Council to offer Winter Grants to help local people pay for gas, electricity and water over the winter months. Funding is targeted at families, vulnerable people and anyone in arrears with their utility bills.
If eligible arrears can be paid and you can be given advice on any other debt or financial worries you have.
