Our school holiday Sports Camps are the perfect opportunity for children to have fun, make new friends and improve their sports skills. The Community Trust will be delivering a variety of exciting activities, including football, dodgeball, cricket, dance and many more. These camps are designed to provide a fun and challenging environment for children of all skill levels, ages 5 to 14.

Our Football Camps at Aspire Sports Hub focus on all aspects of the game, improve your skills and take your game to the next level.
Football Camp: Ages 5 – 14 years old (8am – 5pm)
Girls Football Camp: Ages 7 – 14 years old (8am – 5pm)
We also have our Stars offer for children and young people living with a disability in the local area. This takes place from 11 am – 3 pm in the Education and Community Centre @ Blackpool FC excluding bank holidays.
Stars Holiday Club: 7 – 18 years
Stars Youth Group: 15 – 25 years (for young adults in education)

24th July – Olympic themed event at The Grange.
On 3rd July, The Engage 4 Change programme will be holding its first quarterly partnership learning event. The purpose of the event is to bring together multi-agency partners who work on the project to share learning and develop future plans.
On 4th July, Participants from our PL Kicks programme will be representing BFCCT when they travel to Middlesbrough to take part in the annual PL Kicks Disability Festival. The day will involve competitive fixtures, activities and educational workshops.
On 22nd July, our PL Kicks team kick off the start of the summer provision which includes a variety of camps that are free for young people aged 8-16 on free school meals. There is a mixture of daytime and evening camps available for young people to attend that will focus on sports such as football, Kwik cricket, basketball, dodgeball and e-sports.
On 1st July, the launch of our brand-new football sessions to give people a release from the stresses of everyday life goes ahead. Active Minds intends to combat that and promote positive well-being through the power of sport. We aim to develop Active Minds to positively impact the lives of local people, creating a sense of belonging, encouraging new friendships, and improving physical and mental well-being. We want our participants to be part of something bigger, experiencing togetherness and self-achievement.

Olympic games event
On 25th July, we will be working alongside The Grange, Blackpool Coastal Housing, Boathouse Youth and Natwest, we are hosting a Grange Park Olympic games on. Families will be able to compete in many events before a presentation of medals for all in the afternoon.
Esports
Starting 22nd July our new NCS programme launches. This will continue over a three-week period. This programme is free to join and helps utilise student’s passion for gaming to develop crucial life skills.

Dementia Friendly Sporting Memories
Join us for an enriching experience tailored for individuals living with Dementia and their companions. Dementia friendly sport memories will be running throughout July.

On 8th July Our future lioness development centre participants are looking forward to playing a friendly against other local grass root teams to celebrate finishing the 6 week training block.
Friday night take over will continue to run throughout the month of July as normal.
Our ETC welcomes a new group of under 9s after a very successful Emerging Talent Centre trial process.
We will continue with our female football delivery at a number of school across Blackpool throughout the month of July.

On 4th July BFC School are taking a trip to the Sea Life Centre, to understand the impact of pollution on sea life.
On 11th July BFC School are taking a trip to Blackpool Tower Dungeons, this is linked to project-based learning about Blackpool’s history.
On 18th July BFC School are taking trip to the Wild Discovery Zoo, to understand how conservation projects are important to supporting wildlife around the world.
On 22nd July BFC School are taking a reward trip to play foot golf.
On 25th July BFC School break up for the summer holidays.
