Stadium Tour for Woodlands School Students

Blackpool FC Community Trust treated students of Woodlands School to a stadium tour of Bloomfield Road.

The students visited the changing rooms, trophy cabinet, sat in the manager’s dug-out and walked around the pitch, in what was a fantastic day.

The Trust delivered a six week block of football and multi-skill sessions to the students. The sessions focused on shooting, dribbling, passing and basic multi-skill work.

Inclusion Officer, Owen Coyle who delivered the six week block of sessions said, “It’s been brilliant to work with Woodlands School for the fourth year running. The students have developed their social skills and multi-skills, which was brilliant to see. It was great to see so many smiling faces today and I hope they fully enjoyed their day.”

Blackpool FC Community Trust work with all Special Education Needs Schools in Blackpool and surrounding areas.
