Blackpool FC Community Trust Health Ambassador, Brian Rose will be back in the boxing ring this Saturday.
Brian Rose, who has helped participants in a number of our programmes including Fit2Go, is a former British boxing champion and a world title challenger. Brian “The Lion” Rose, has an excellent record of 28 victories during an impressive 11-year professional boxing career.
Brian has contributed a fantastic amount for the Community Trust by attending a number of schools all over Blackpool and Blackpool FC Community Trust Awards Ceremonies – giving health and physical activity advice as well as discussing the excellent work Blackpool FC Community Trust do.
Chief Executive for Blackpool FC Community Trust, Ashley Hackett appreciates all the fantastic work Brian has done for the Community Trust and believes the Health Ambassador will be victorious on Saturday. Ashley said, “Brian has been fantastic for the Community Trust. He has always been keen to help out and give health and physical activity advice to primary school pupils. It will be a tough fight on Saturday but I think Brian will win it. He’s got the experience and capability to win. On behalf of Blackpool FC Community Trust, I wish Brian the best of luck on Saturday.”
Brian takes on Stiliyan Kostov over six rounds this Saturday, at the Barclaycard Arena, Birmingham, which is to be shown live on Sky Sports.
