Blackpool FC Community Trust delivered its annual Community Trust Day last Saturday.
Due to the success of last year’s event, The Trust ran a number of pre-match activities including football on an inflatable pitch, football tennis, arts and crafts, dodgeball and more. The event was on from 12pm until 2.30pm as the sun shone from start to finish.
CEO for Blackpool FC Community Trust, Ashley Hackett said,
“It’s been great to see so many of the community support us. We had over 400 people attend, so it’s been really successful. The purpose of the Community Trust Day is for people to come and get involved in the community. It’s also a chance for people to find out what programmes we deliver. I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who got involved and to the staff who put the event on.
