Blackpool FC Community Trust will be delivering brand new Better Start Fit2Go sessions.
Better Start Fit2Go is a five week healthy lifestyles programme designed to motivate families across Blackpool to improve their knowledge of healthy eating, physical activity and oral health. Working in partnership with Better Start Blackpool, the programme is delivered by Blackpool Football Club Community Trust. The free sessions run for five consecutive weeks and aimed at parents/carers and their children aged 1-4.
