About the Role:
Blackpool Football Community Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Casual Dance Coach to join our team to deliver on our new Dance Camps. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for dance, enjoy working with children, and contribute positively to our dance and Sport camps.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and conduct dance sessions for children attending the HAF camps and Sport Camps.
Engage and motivate children of varying skill levels and ages in the joy of dance.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment during dance sessions.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate activities and ensure a good camp experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Enthusiasm and passion for dance, combined with the ability to engage children.
Experience and knowledge of teaching and leading dance sessions.
Currently studying dance or working towards a relevant qualification in dance.
Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or similar capacity.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to work within a team, adapt to different environments, and be flexible in approach.
