“It’s been fantastic… I’ve made loads of new friends while I’ve been here, and we all motivate each other.”Kim, Health and Wellbeing Team Leader, said,
“Working with so many people in the local community and watching everyone come together through our timetable is what fitness is about. From a more relaxed Strength & Stretch session to a high-energy ClubFIT session, there are classes for everyone. Designed to fit real lives and help everyone move a little more together, by hosting classes in different community venues across the town, we aim to reduce some of the barriers that people experience when taking part in physical activity.“We launched the timetable a little over 12 months ago, and I am looking forward to seeing it expand with some new classes being added for 2026.”
