Blackpool FC Girls and Ladies

BFC Girls and Ladies also deliver Weetabix Wildcats sessions for girls aged 5-11 and Women’s Walking Football sessions for women aged 35+. Our Ladies First Team currently play in the North West Women’s Regional Football League, in the 6th tier of women’s football where they have held high positions in the league.

We pride ourselves on developing young players to play at all levels in women and girls’ football, and have an excellent track record in providing pathways within our own Club from junior teams all the way through to our prestigious ladies teams. Our professional approach to training, games, coaching standards and welfare enables us to provide a platform for high achievers to transition on to Regional Talent Centres (RTCs) across the North West.

In 2022 we became part of a 3-way partnership with Blackpool FC and Blackpool FC Community Trust to bring our Girls and Ladies set up in line with the aspirations of the Football Club. This collaboration will help develop opportunities in girls’ football not just for the members of our Club but also to increase the opportunities available to girls across Blackpool and the Fylde coast.
