Champions Youth
Champions is funded by the Lancashire Violence Reduction Network and part of a wider strategy to reduce violence across the region.
Champions Youth is a preventative programme for young people aged 10 to 17 who are at risk of criminal exploitation, offending, or entering the justice system. Each participant is matched with a dedicated 1:1 mentor to co-create a personal development plan based on their unique strengths and goals. This helps them build resilience, grow in confidence, and take control of their future.
Champions Adult
Alongside Champions Youth we deliver Champions Adult to support those aged 18 – 25 who have committed violent offences.
Starting in custody and continuing post-release, the programme provides 1:1 support to help address the root causes of offending. By focusing on practical guidance, goal-setting, and long-term change, it aims to break the cycle of reoffending.
