What are the BFCCT Community Esports Leagues?

Our leagues are designed for participants to engage in friendly competition while learning from one another. They offer exciting competitions to enhance your gaming skills and highlight the best of Blackpool Esports.

Format:
Matches take place on Thursdays after school, with one session dedicated to EA FC 26 and one to Rocket League. This ensures everyone has an equal opportunity to play.

Venue:
All matches are being held at Bloomfield Road, in our state-of-the-art Esports facilities.

Prizes:
The overall winners will be invited (with a guest) to experience Blackpool FC Hospitality at a home game this season.

What Games are Included?

We will host two simultaneous competitions: EA FC 26 and Rocket League.

• Rocket League: Compete in teams of three. Teams must pre-arrange their players before signing up, and be sure to provide your team name on the signup form.
• EA FC 26: This will be a solo competition, where players compete for the top spot in the league.

Who Can Participate?

The Community Leagues are open to 14 to 18-year-olds, with future leagues planned for younger gamers. Whether you’re an aspiring gamer or just starting your Esports journey, all skill levels are welcome!

Competition Format

Monday 5pm-7pm – EAFC26
Thursday 5pm-7pm – Rocket League

Compete to earn the chance to represent Blackpool FC against other football clubs: Plymouth Argyle, Port Vale, Sheffield United

Scoring:

• 3 points for a win
• 1 point for a draw
• 0 points for a loss

The top 8 players will advance to the quarter-finals, with the final match taking place in Matthews Suite at the Stadium.
