Classes incorporate a high-intensity workout with correct technique in a fun environment through pad work, combinations, and bodyweight exercises.

Circuits
A 45-minute circuit session combining resistance training with high-intensity cardio. Rotate through a series of stations with minimal rest in between each set designed to target strength-building and muscular endurance.

Low-level exercise that gets you moving more with basic exercises using minimal equipment all whilst seated.
Join us on Mondays 11am – 12pm at @TheGrange, Bathurst Avenue, FY3 7RW and on Thursdays 2pm – 2:45pm at Moretti Lounge, Bloomfield Road Stadium, FY1 6JJ.
We hold walks around Stanley Park each week to allow local people to come together for a moderate walk and a chat. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and enjoy some light exercise.
This weekly social group gets together to help each other combat loneliness, by joining us on our weekly walks.
After the walk, there is also the opportunity to join us for a brew and a chat at our Social Group in Blackpool Cricket Club.

Unified Football – Pan Ability
Free football sessions every week using football to support those living with disabilities.
Delivered by qualified Community Trust staff who specialise in disability football, we aim to unite people with intellectual, physical, hearing or mental health-related conditions. (The session is free and designed for those who are new to football or are beginner level).

Unified Football – Positive Mental Health
Free football sessions that take place every week at locations across Blackpool to support positive mental health through physical activity and creating stronger peer-support networks.
Free sessions for those aged 16+, using football to support positive mental health through physical activity and creating stronger peer-support networks.
Sessions take place on Wednesdays 2pm – 3pm at Stanley Park, West Park Drive, FY3 9HU and Thursdays 6pm – 7pm at Aspire Sports Hub, Blackpool, Garstang Rd, FY3 7JH.
We are here to support you to lose weight, become fitter and be happier within your body.
FIT Blackpool is a free 10-week weight management programme which combines theory-based workshops and physical activity to create sustainable and effective weight loss results through healthier lifestyle choices.
Our next set of cohorts begins in January:
- Friday 19th January 2024: Female morning group at The Gatehouse Church, FY4 3AD
- Thursday 25th January 2024: Male morning group at Bloomfield Road Stadium, FY1 6JJ
- Wednesday 31st January 2024: Female evening group at Bloomfield Road Stadium, FY1 6JJ

We have developed an additional session for people aged 35+ who want to carry on playing the game at a faster pace. Masters Football is a slightly slower-paced 5-a-side of the beautiful game we all know and love.
Come along on Tuesdays 11am – 12pm at Lytham YMCA, Mythop Road, FY8 4HB. Sessions cost £4.
We have delivered Walking Football sessions in Blackpool and Fylde for over nine years and they have been a huge success. Walking Football was designed to help those 50+ rekindle their love for football, keeping them active and increasing physical activity in the process.
