New Venue for our February Half Term Camps

From Monday 13th February Blackpool FC Community Trust’s half-term holiday camps, for children aged five to 14, will be at a brand-new venue! As well as our Sports Camps and Football Camps at Unity Academy and Armfield Academy, these camps will also be taking place at Aspire Sports Hub (previously PlayFootball).

Our Sports Camps are a mixture of fun multi-sports activities and interactive games, including football, dodgeball, cricket, dance and more.

Our Football (mixed) and Girls’ Football Camps are a place for aspiring young footballers in Blackpool to develop new skills and techniques in a safe environment. Qualified Blackpool FC Community Trust coaches deliver age-appropriate sessions which cater to all skill levels with a focus on ball mastery and fundamental movements of football to help players improve their game. Players are encouraged to practice their new skills in a fun and competitive game-related scenarios.

Some classroom-based lessons have been carefully designed for Football Camp to allow children to explore various areas of football. These sessions include the use of:

  • Formation battles and tactics
  • Coaching corner where players will produce a session of their own or within a group
  • Game analysis
  • Health and nutrition
  • We also play FIFA tournaments

As part of Premier League Kicks, we are also delivering a range of free activities throughout the half term, for more information please email

We also run a very successful Stars Camp for disabled young people aged 7 – 18.
