Small group sessions will aim to improve every participant by offering high quality structured coaching sessions delivered by FA and UEFA qualified coaches, including BFC Academy coaches. We will offer individual technical work, small sided games, following closely the Academy curriculum covering topics such as;
Attacking and defending principles
Passing and receiving to play
Winning the ball to attack
Dominating 1v1s
Finishing
