Blackpool FC Community Trust would like to congratulate everyone for the results they have received this week. Everyone should be proud of all they have achieved, especially during such unusual times.
100% of our students achieved their target grade.
Caroline Bailey, Blackpool FC Sports College Manager, said, “We are really proud of what the students have achieved this year. They have continued to engage with their studies as well as volunteering and are now being offered paid work with the Community Trust throughout the summer too. The Education team are looking forward to welcoming all our students back in September along with the new students who have enrolled over the last week!”
GCSE SUCCESS
Also a huge congratulations to our GCSE students who picked up their results! GCSE Maths students exceeded their expectations with over 85% pass rate. Well done for all your hard work throughout the academic year.
Didn’t get the results you expected? Did you know you can still start a course with Blackpool FC Sports College in September. We will support you to gain your GCSE Maths or English alongside your BTEC Sports course.
Also a special congratulations to Malachi Eaves, one of our BTEC Level 3 students. He has worked hard all year in Maths and English lessons and have achieved a grade 4 in both subjects at GCSE.
“I can’t believe it! Passed English and Maths! Thank you Tom for supporting me this year” – Malachi Eaves.
