Rob Frowen is organising another Football Programme and Memorabilia fair in support of Blackpool FC Community Trust.
There will be a Football Programme and Memorabilia Fair held at Bloomfield Road on Sunday 14th May from 10am until 2pm on behalf of Blackpool Football Club Community Trust. All the money raised will be donated to this charity who do great things for the local community.
The Fair will take place at the Community Trust’s Education and Community Centre which is situated at the North end of the football stadium – close to the statue of the legendary Blackpool star Stanley Mortensen.
The event is now in its sixth year and it has grown in popularity each time it’s been held. There will be up to a dozen stallholders attending who will be travelling from all four corners of the country. Anything and everything football-related will be available for sale which will include match tickets, match worn and signed shirts, sticker albums and all kinds of trade cards, pennants, medals, scarves, autographs and, of course, the classic collectors’ favourite, football programmes.
And why not dig out some of your old unwanted memorabilia and bring them along for a no-obligation and free quote as to their value. You may be unwittingly sitting on a small fortune. And even if you feel you don’t wish to part with your prized collection why not pop along with them anyway and discover their current market value. You may well be pleasantly surprised!
The doors open at 10am and the Fair will run until 2pm. Admission is £1 for adults with children admitted free. Also going for free, there will be bundles of complimentary football programmes for everyone who attends (but this will not be compulsory!).
Light refreshments will be made available on the day too – please come along and join the fun! If you require any more information please contact the Blackpool FC Community Trust team on 01253 348691 or the Fair organiser, Rob Frowen, on 07896 287588
