Blackpool FC Community Trust recently delivered its annual Christmas meal for the homeless and socially isolated where over 100 people attended and got involved in festive fun.
The event was organised in partnership between Blackpool Football Club, Street Life, Blackpool Veterans and St Peter’s Church.
CEO, Ashley Hackett, said “We wanted to give something back this Christmas and the group that always gets forgotten about, are people that live in isolation and the homeless. We decided to work with some great partners to put this Christmas meal on for these very important people, that normally may not get to enjoy a Turkey dinner. It was great to see people enjoy their day.”
