Blackpool FC School Player Visits
Blackpool Football Club players have visited local primary schools over the past few weeks to talk to pupils about maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The school visits were organised by Blackpool FC Community Trust, as a means of giving pupils an insight into the world of sport as a career, and also the important health aspects of sport and physical activity as a lifelong hobby.
The players discussed their career journey and answered questions about their daily routines as a professional footballer. They also gave the children advice on eating a healthy diet and encouraged any aspiring athletes to get involved in grass root sports clubs in the local area.
