Blackpool FC Community Trust is very excited to launch one of its most exciting and challenging new provisions, since the Charity was developed over eleven years ago.
In September 2021, the Trust intends to open its doors as an independent school, to support the Alternate Education Provision in Blackpool, with a particular focus on Year 10 and 11 pupils, struggling to engage in mainstream education.
The first appointment for this establishment is to recruit a Head of School, who will lead on the strategic overview and initial development of the curriculum to be delivered, deal with the Department of Education and Ofsted with our registration as an Independent School and work alongside the Trusts CEO to recruit students, staff and prepare the facilities for our opening date.
The Community Trust is an independent registered charity and this post will join the Senior Leadership Team.
